Leadership

I have been obsessed with leadership for years. I think it started when I witnessed people higher up in the hierarchical structure making unethical or unfair decisions. This prompted me to complete a master’s degree in leadership and pursue a bunch of courses linked to school leadership. 

I will include what I have learned about leadership from academia and in the real-world.
